The Pop is a genre that has a specific rhythm. The Pop music has branded as the appreciation by all audiences. The artists who compose songs in Pop style main aim your audience and your business success, often singing in different musical genres.

The Pop emerged in America in the 50's musical style is marked by the preservation of the formal structure of the music, "verse - chorus - verse," performed in a sensitive and melodic way, usually assimilated by a large audience. There are still features of the Pop singers, the habit of making extravagant scenarios, lots of dancing and countless others artifices.

50 years
The Story of Pop starts a little earlier, in the 30's, because it was during this period that arose styles that influence the later development of the genre such as Blues and Country. In fact, the most famous singers of the 50's were Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and indirectly, Elvis Presley.

60 years
With the evolution of musical style, singers like Bob Dylan, Carole King, Neil Diamond, teen idols of the time, appeared during this period. Also, some songs by The Beatles also had their facet Pop.

70 years
In the music scene of the 70's, the country stylism the Eagles, the rock-influenced pop Rod Stewart, Steely Dan, Fleetwood Mac., and ABBA, plus new sounds from the Disco and the Bee Gees, and the piano-based pop emerged Billy Joel and Elton John.

80 years

90 years
The 90's were marked by boy bands and girl groups (groups 5-6 boys or girls dancing vocalists who took turns in vocal solo). Some examples of bands that broke at the time are Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys. Also in this period, we can cite the emergence of pop princesses like Mandy Moore, Britney Spears, Beyonce, Jessica Simpson and Christina Aguilera, and the phenomena of Latin Pop Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira and Enrique Iglesias.

Current Scenario

It also indicated a trend of singers "pop princesses" such as Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, who previously had a more romantic theme, following the same style of Madonna songs with sensual themes.
